In accordance with the provisions of Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Norfolk County Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to a burst water main the use by vehicles of the Dilldash Lane from 60m north of its junction with The Street for 20m northwards in the PARISH OF GREAT SNORING will be temporarily prohibited from 7^th to 13^th February 2023 for the duration of the works, expected to be about 7 days within the period.

This Notice has a maximum duration of 21 days. Where exceptional circumstances are encountered during the performance of the works specified in this Notice, the operational period of this Notice may become extended by issuing an Order or further Notice to allow completion of the works for a maximum duration of 18 months.

Alternative route is via: Dilldash Lane, The Street, Walsingham Road, Thursford Road.

Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.

NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (NTRO6220) affecting the 1) C318 The Street from its junction with U14177 Clarks Lane to its junction with U14070 Balls Lane; and 2) U14070 Balls Lane from its junction with C318 The Street for 10m southwards in the PARISH OF THURSFORD to facilitate new drainage system installation works.

The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) from 1) 20^th February to 14^th April 2023; and 2) 20^th February to 10^th March 2023 for the duration of the works expected to be about 54 days within the period.

Alternative route is via: 1) C318 The Street/North Lane, C316 Hindringham Road, A148 Fakenham Road/Holt Road, Little Snoring Road, C317 Walsingham Road/Snoring Road, C318 Thursford Road; and 2) Route 1 – U14070 Balls Lane, U14071 Wallgate Lane/Thursford Road, U14006 Kettlestone Road; or Route 2 – U14070 Balls Lane, U14071 Wallgate Lane/Thursford Road, C317 The Street (Thursford, Little Snoring, Kettlestone, Walsingham, Great Snoring).

If necessary, the restriction could run for a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the Order.

Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.

In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Norfolk County Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to emergency tree works the use by vehicles of the C317 Snoring Road from 650m north of its junction with Barsham Road for 250m northwards in the PARISH OF GREAT SNORING will be temporarily prohibited from 2^nd to 3^rd February 2023 for the duration of the works, expected to be about 2 days within the period.

This Notice has a maximum duration of 21 days. Where exceptional circumstances are encountered during the performance of the works specified in this Notice, the operational period of this Notice may become extended by issuing an Order or further Notice to allow completion of the works for a maximum duration of 18 months.

Alternative route is via: Walsingham Road, Snoring Road, Holt Road, Knight Street, The Street, Barsham Road, Fakenham Road, Ford Road, High Street, Common Place (Barsham, Walsingham, Great Snoring).

Norfolk County Council (Fakenham) (Emergency Notice) Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2023 Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 – Section 14(2)

In accordance with the provisions of Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Norfolk County Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to repairs to a burst water main the use by vehicles of the C319 Thorpland from 240m south of it junction with A148 Fakenham Bypass for 20m southwards in the TOWN OF FAKENHAM will be temporarily prohibited from 20^th to 26^th January 2023 for the duration of the works, expected to be about 7 days within the period.

This Notice has a maximum duration of 21 days. Where exceptional circumstances are encountered during the performance of the works specified in this Notice, the operational period of this Notice may become extended by issuing an Order or further Notice to allow completion of the works for a maximum duration of 18 months.

Alternative route is via: C319 Thorpland/ Fakenham Road, C317 Norwich Road/ Great Snoring Road/ The Street, A148 Holt Road/ Fakenham Bypass (Little Snoring, Kettlestone, Fakenham, Great Snoring).

The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) from 30^th January to 1^st February 2023 for the duration of the works expected to be about 3 days within the period.

Alternative route is via: C478 Water Lane/Barsham Road, U14135 Lower Farm Road, C319 Fakenham Road/Thorpland, A148 Fakenham Bypass, B1105 Barsham Road (Sculthorpe, Barsham, Fakenham, Great Snoring).
